This is a special episode that is part of a series of interviews with highlighted healers, I’m speaking with participants from my Chronic to Creatrix program!

In this episode, we’re speaking with Lily Dueren. Lily is a Soulful Self-Care Coach + Holistic Lifestyle Guide. Working with women intimately within the realms of beauty and wellness for the past 15 years, Lily believes women are overcoming an epidemic of distraction, depletion, dissatisfaction and disconnection. She herself has experienced the depths of this and is now devoted to weaving deep connection and rejuvenation by way of sisterhood, soulful self-care, nature and the wild wisdom of the heart. Our time is now!

In this conversation, you’ll hear about her experience with loneliness and lack of self worth as a young person and how working in the beauty industry led to her intimate work supporting women today. Lily shares how developing an autoimmune disease became her wakeup call to make some big shifts, and how she chose to take a natural route to heal psoriasis. We cover her personal experience working with the Akashic Records and how sovereignty is woven the throughout her work and self-care philosophy. Lily explains the importance of taking your “Sovereign S.E.A.T.” and has a special gift for the listeners.
