This week, we’re taking a bit of a breather from regular scheduled programming and sharing something to provide a moment of pause amidst the information overload and overwhelm. In the first part of the episode, I share my personal thoughts on health sovereignty, what I’ve been focusing my energy & attention on during this pandemic (going back to basics), and the importance of community within health.
In the second part, I share a short Akashic meditation that hopefully provides some nourishment for the nervous system.
*To skip directly to the meditation, go to 24:30 mark.
