Chris Maddox is the founder of The Wild Woman Project where she teaches women how to utilize the gifts of the Wild Woman Archetype in their everyday lives & how to lead women’s circles in their local communities. She is the director of the beloved annual WILD WOMAN FEST, a women’s retreat-festival hybrid which fosters a deep connection to nature, a direct experience of the divine feminine & profound spiritual sisterhood among the women in attendance.
In this interview, Chris shares how she started the Wild Woman Project, and how it has grown from 1 new moon circle to hundreds in over 18 countries. We explore the power of the circle “architecture” and what sits as the heart of her mission with community circles. We talk about the “wild woman” archetype - what it is and how she can support our evolution.
Chris shares how we can use community circles and spiritual connection to the Divine Feminine consciousness to navigate the hardships within our individual lives and those of the greater collective experience. This was definitely a wildly rooted conversation and hope it inspires you to commune in circle with other beautiful beings if that’s an experience you have not yet had.
