Fall Equinox blessings <3 We are back with our seasonal quarterly check-in, this time feeling into the energetics and themes of this Fall Equinox, Mars retrograde, and Full Moon in Aries. So. Much. Fire! As we continue our journey with the global pandemic, sociopolitical shakiness, and wildfires raging… we’re reflecting upon the sacredness of Breath as a theme, as we connect all the ways oppression renders us breathless.
In this episode, we touch on current astro insights, the fires raging with Mars retrograde, throughout the Western States and beyond, and ways to bring in coolants through food & practices. Megan and I share our personal experiences living amidst the smoke & fires, which plant allies have been popping up in support, and offer up a few resources we’ve been turning to for deep heart medicine to unearth the gifts in the contraction.
